Mobile concrete mixing station is a highly integrated concrete production equipment, which integrates multiple functional modules on a movable platform. The components are similar to those of fixed mixing station, but more compact and modular, which is convenient for rapid transfer and installation between different construction sites.
1. Mixing main machine
Function: The mixing main machine is the core component of the mixing station, which is responsible for mixing various raw materials (cement, sand, water, admixtures, etc.) in proportion and mixing them into uniform concrete.
Type: Usually a twin-shaft forced mixer (such as JS500, JS750, JS1000, etc.) is used. This mixer can achieve good mixing effect for dry hardness, plasticity and various proportions of concrete.

2. Batching system
