●The mixing system of HZS75 mixing station is composed of motor, belt conveyor, reducer, mixing tank, mixing device, transmission system, oil supply system, etc.
●The main mixer adopts JS1500 double-horizontal shaft forced mixer, which is suitable for various types of concrete with aggregate particle size less than or equal to 100mm.
Feeding system feeding system
●Aggregate feeding system. This part is composed of the feeding mechanism and weighing system of PL2400 concrete batching machine, which can be mixed with 4 kinds of aggregates.
●Powder feeding system. This part is composed of cement silo and cement screw conveyor.
●Cement is directly transported from the cement silo to the cement weighing hopper through the screw conveyor for metering.
●Water supply system: spray type.

What is the production process of hzs75 concrete batching plant?
Storage: Loaders feed sand, stone, cement and other storage bins respectively;
Measuring: The control system calls each sensor according to the formula number, and the sand and stone are measured by the electronic scale of the batching machine, the cement/fly ash by the screw machine + weighing bucket, and the water and admixture by the flow scale, and the precise measurement is completed synchronously;
Transportation: The measured aggregate is lifted to the mixer hopper by the hoisting bucket at one time, the cement and powder are sent to the mixer by the screw machine, and the water and admixture are pumped to the mixer;

Mixing: JS1500 twin-shaft forced mixer completes homogeneous mixing in about 60 seconds;
Discharging: The door opens automatically after mixing, and the concrete enters the mixer truck or pumping hopper through the 3.8 m high discharge port to complete a cycle (about 72 to 90 seconds), and the continuous production can reach 75 m³/h.
The entire process of HZS75 concrete batching plant is controlled by an industrial computer in a closed loop, with functions such as formula storage, drop correction, online moisture content compensation, fault self-diagnosis, and report printing to ensure stable and traceable concrete quality.
