How does an electric concrete pump work?

The working principle of an electric concrete pump is to use a motor to drive the hydraulic system, and the pressure oil of the hydraulic system pushes the piston to do reciprocating motion to achieve the suction and discharge of concrete. The specific process is as follows:

When the pressure oil of the hydraulic system enters the main oil cylinder, the piston rod extends, and at the same time, the pressure oil of the sealing circuit connecting pipe causes the other piston rod to retract.

When the concrete delivery piston connected to the piston rod of the main oil cylinder retracts, a self-priming effect is generated in the delivery cylinder, and the concrete in the hopper is sucked into the delivery cylinder through the suction port of the sliding valve under the action of atmospheric pressure and the boost of the mixing blades.

At the same time, under the action of oil pressure, the piston rod of the other main oil cylinder is pushed out and the concrete piston is pushed out of the delivery cylinder at the same time, and enters the concrete delivery pipe through the Y-shaped pipe of the sliding valve delivery port.

After the action is completed, the system automatically reverses to allow the pressure oil to enter the other main oil cylinder, completing another suction and delivery stroke of different delivery cylinders. This process is repeated repeatedly, and the concrete in the hopper is continuously sucked in and pressed out of the delivery cylinder, reaching the operating point through the pipe connected to the Y-tube and the outlet, completing the pumping operation.
